Arlinda Hallunovi Ymeri is a lecturer at high education level in the field of psychology at Luigj Gurakuqi in Scutari.From 2008-2010 she studied psychology at Uniersity of Tirana and graduated in school and organizational psychology.
Since than for 12 years she worked as a psychologist in the rajinal hospital for mental health in Scutari. Now for 3 months she is full time lecture at University of Scutari where has been a part-time lecturer for about 5 years. She has been working at the court of fact in Scutari as a expert psichologist in divorce issues. She has been working for PHD grade since 2016. Some of the recent publications include:
