Thank you, this resonates with me as I get my Yr 8 Italian L2 students (13 years old) to keep a learning journal for a term, in which they answer the same 8 questions each week, many of which are quite similar to yours. Whilst they don't all love writing in it, many do find it valuable as it helps them to reflect on their learning, their strengths, weaknesses, what they can do to improve and which goal they want to work on the following week.
