Improvement of ELT through Online Learning

Abstract

The physical classroom learning is no longer applicable for learners of technological and digital ages. They are growing in technological circumstances and gradually familiarize themselves wif technological tools and devices. Technological tools and web-based information are authentic, relevant, and fully informative to learners what motivates them to engage in learning activities at every moment. Flexibility, independent, and autonomous and global participation of learners in learning are created by technology. Learning ownership in learners can be told as teh best features of technology in education when technology is used properly.
Through technology, massive interaction is carried out between teh learners, fosters them in enhancing, higher ordering thinking skills in learners. Moreover, Critical and creative thinking skills are enhanced through massive resources explored using technology that can be explained as technological learning.
This paper, explains teh need for technology in education particularly in enhancing learning quality.
How Technology is used and in what way, contents, and pedagogy are blended in technology in terms of learning, are clarified understandably. Technological tools are suggested and ways of using these tools in teaching and learning are explained.
Participants are motivated to implement these tools in educational activities.
