The registration deadlines listed above refer to the date of the payment.
To register in the conference you can:
- Download the Registration Form
- Fill in the registration form
- Send a bank transfer of the registration fee indicated in the registration form
- Send an email to [email protected], attaching your registration form and a copy of the bank transfer.
OR
- Access the reserved area of the website.
- If you do not have an account yet, please click on Create New Account. Choose a username and insert your email, you will be automatically assigned a password.
- If you already have an account, log in with your username and password in the "User Authentication" box (right side).
- If you do not remember your password, please click on Forgot your password. You will receive an email with your username and password.
- Click on "Registration" and follow the instructions.
The Registration Fee includes:
- Admission to all the virtual conference sessions
- Conference Proceedings e-book (with ISBN, ISSN, DOI and ISPN codes)
- Certificate of Attendance (PDF)
- Credit Card, following the procedure described on the welcome page in your reserved area
- Bank transfer. Please find bank account details below
- EUR 100,00 will be charged in case of cancellation within 12 January 2021
- EUR 150,00 will be charged in case of cancellation from 13 January to 9 February 2021
- Cancellations made after 9 February 2021 will not be entitled to a refund
