Participants willing to attend the Conference can register online or download and fill in the Registration form, to be sent to [email protected].
Authors willing to participate in the Conference with a presentation (speech, poster or asynchronous presentation) are required to submit an abstract. Authors of accepted abstracts will receive an email from the Conference Secretariat with the information for both the full papers’ submission and the registration procedure.

Authors willing to submit an abstract should send an email to [email protected] attaching the abstract written using the provided template.
On the other hand a new account can be created by the "Reserved area" box displayed on the right side of the screen, to upload the abtract/s by following the guidelines.
Abstracts must be written in English. The length of the abstract must not exceed 350 words, including keywords and references.
The abstracts and papers submitted will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee based on originality, technical quality and presentation.
All accepted papers will be included in the Conference Proceedings e-book published by Filodiritto Editore with ISBN, ISSN and DOI codes.
This publication will be sent to be reviewed for inclusion in Web of Science and SCOPUS. The publication will also be included in Academia.edu and indexed in Google Scholar.
Presentation modalities to attend the Conference are the following: onsite oral and poster presentations, as well as online synchronous, asynchronous and virtual poster .
Authors of accepted abstract will receive an email with detailed information concerning the registration procedure.
Each presentation will last 25 minutes (20 minutes for the presentation + 5 minutes for the Q&A session).

The registration deadlines listed above refer to the date of the payment.
Individuals or organizations from EU member countries (except from Italy) will not be charged of 22% VAT, given they can provide a currently valid VAT-ID. The VAT-ID has to be submitted in the registration form or during the online registration.
Organisations from non-EU-countries will not be charged of 22% VAT. Individuals from non-EU-countries will be charged of 22% VAT.
The Registration Fee for onsite participants includes:
- Admission to all the Conference sessions, onsite and online
- Possibility to present through an oral or poster presentation
- Conference Proceedings e-book (with ISBN, ISSN and DOI codes)
- Conference bag
- Certificate of Attendance (PDF)
- 2 Lunches: 1 each conference day
- 4 coffee breaks: 2 each conference day
- Closing Cocktail: at the end of the second conference day
- Access to the computer area and Wi-Fi
- Special rates for accommodation at Conference venue (Grand Hotel Mediterraneo)
The Registration Fee for online participants includes:
- Admission to all the Virtual Conference sessions remotely
- Possibility to present in synchronous, asynchronous or virtual poster presentation
- Video of the virtual presentation (for Asynchronous presenters only)
- Conference Proceedings e-book (with ISBN, ISSN and DOI codes)
- Certificate of Attendance (PDF)

Cancellation Fees (ONSITE participants)
- EUR 100,00 will be charged in case of cancellation within 60 days before the Conference
- EUR 200,00 will be charged in case of cancellation within 30 days before the Conference
- Cancellations made from 30 days to Conference days will not be entitled to a refund
Cancellation Fees (ONLINE participants)
- EUR 100,00 will be charged in case of cancellation within 60 days before the Conference
- EUR 150,00 will be charged in case of cancellation 30 days before the Conference
- Cancellations made from 30 days to Conference days will not be entitled to a refund
