Authors of Papers
Authors willing to participate in the Conference with a presentation (Onsite or Online) are required to submit an abstract. Authors of accepted abstracts will receive an e-mail from the Conference Secretariat with the information for both the full papers submission and the registration procedure.
Registration and payment are mandatory in order to confirm your attendance and to be included in the Conference Programme. It is required that at least one of the authors of the accepted abstract has paid the registration fee to be included in the Conference Proceedings.
The Registration Fee for onsite participants includes:
- Admission to all the Conference sessions, onsite and online
- Possibility to present through an oral or poster presentation
- Conference Proceedings e-book (with ISBN, ISSN and DOI codes)
- Conference bag
- Certificate of Attendance (PDF)
- 2 Lunches: 1 each Conference day
- 4 coffee breaks: 2 each Conference day
- Closing Cocktail: at the end of the second Conference day
- Access to the computer area and Wi-Fi
- Special rates for accommodation at the Conference venue (Grand Hotel Mediterraneo)
The Registration Fee for online participants includes:
- Admission to all the Virtual Conference sessions, remotely
- Possibility to present in synchronous, asynchronous modes or through a virtual poster
- Video of the virtual presentation (for Asynchronous presenters only)
- Conference Proceedings e-book (with ISBN, ISSN and DOI codes)
- Certificate of Attendance (PDF)
Conference materials will be sent via email after the Conference.
