Teaching Reform of Land Resource Science Course in Land Remediation Engineering under the Concept of OBE

Abstract
Under the context of 'new engineering', the teaching and talent development of land remediation engineering has raised the bar for requirements. It is crucial for students to quickly integrate into professional learning by solving the teaching of basic professional courses. This paper discusses the teaching reform of the Land Resources course based on the concept of OBE education. It addresses some problems that exist in the traditional teaching process of Land Resources Science and emphasises a student-centred approach. The teaching content is integrated, and the knowledge modules in the teaching materials are reconstructed. The teaching method adopted is a blend of online and offline techniques, with a focus on the application of industry standards and norms, and the use of case studies to enhance student engagement. Evaluation and assessment are based on learning achievements, and we explore alternative assessment methods such as open-book examinations and competitions. By clarifying the teaching objectives, this study highlights the cultivation of students' overall abilities. It provides a reference for improving the teaching content of 'land resource science' and has significant reference value for the curriculum reform of colleges and universities aimed at training application-oriented talents.
