Abstract
During the COVID- 19 the Portuguese government built a new educational strategy for a new methodology of teaching based on a new concept of digital use inside classes for a better use of the technologies. The research is based on the organisational, pedagogical, technological, and digital dimensions, where it is possible to address a teaching methodology towards a better use of the teaching methodology. A mixed-methods approach was adopted, combining an online questionnaire administered to teachers with a semi-structured interview. The results revealed a predominantly positive perception of leadership, professional development, and the integration of technologies into pedagogical practices. However, structural and technical limitations persist, including unstable connectivity, outdated equipment, insufficient technical support, budgetary constraints, and weaknesses in the internal culture of digital discussion. The study suggests the adoption of educational policies tailored to local realities, aiming at digital equity, teacher participation, and the sustainability of innovative practices. Furthermore, the study outlines the teacher perception for an inclusive education.
