Abstract
This paper examines the impact of data-driven decision-making on the effectiveness of public administration and strategic planning processes. The study explores how data analytics, digital dashboards, and performance monitoring tools enable policymakers to enhance transparency, accountability, and efficiency in governance. The research highlights current practices in Uzbekistan’s public institutions where evidence-based models are used to forecast socio-economic outcomes and optimize resource allocation. It also discusses the challenges associated with limited data literacy and the integration of fragmented information systems. The author proposes a conceptual framework for developing an analytical ecosystem that combines statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and visualization technologies to support long-term policy design. The findings demonstrate that institutionalizing data-based decision-making fosters sustainable governance, improves public trust, and drives innovation in administrative management.
