Vladislav Slavov is a master of " Automation, Information and Control Systems”. During his studies he specialized in two directions - control systems (bachelor's degree) and information measurement technique (Master's degree). In 2004, pursuing his Ph.D. on "Virtual laboratory for measurement of physical quantities”. The dissertation thesis was defended 2011 and Vladislav Slavov received a degree " Doctor ".
Currently, Vladislav Slavov is an assistant professor at the Technical University - Sofia, Faculty of "Automation". The topics that he teaches are in the area of instrumentation and measurement systems The majority of the teaching activity is in the English at the English Language Faculty of Engineering (ELFE) specialty " Industrial Engineering ", a bachelor's degree . In his work Vladislav Slavov conducted a number of students in the development of their thesis. His scientific activity is related to the development of virtual measurement systems and automation of procedures for the measurement and control. Since 2006 he has been involved annually and is a member of a project under the European Researchers' Night . He organizes a competition for young scientists «Young and Energetic Scientists" (YES). In 2012 , he started his work on a project financed under the FP " Human Resources Development ", related with the implementation of e-learning , respectively . m-learning in ELFE . His main contribution is the development of virtual labs. He has been Involved in the project as a member of the team for organization and management.
Vladislav Slavov is an author of more than 40 papers most of them presented and published in proceedings of international conferences held in Bulgaria and abroad.
