She has worked in elementary school, "Zekeria Rexha" in Gjakova, as an English teacher at the elementary level grades third and fourth.
From academic year 2011 she works at the elementary school "Yll Morina" Gjakova elementary teacher.
At the same time from the academic year 2010 she was engaged as Assistant to the quality of associate an assistant in the quality of foreign collaborators at the University of Prishtina Faculty of Education. As assistant to the Pedagogical group of subjects - history and philosophy of education, innovative teaching strategies, methodologies Special education, history of education and teaching national opinion, TDF and professional ethics of teachers, preschool education, governance and leadership in education, Basics research in education.
In 2012-2013 she was employed as a a lecturer in the advancement program for teachers in subject learning theory.
In the book "Family-School Community - Partnerships " Prof. authors. Dr.. Afërdita Deva-Zuna & co-authors she has published scientific research titled "School-Family-Community" in coauthor, Prishtina 2009.
She has performed 30 training
