Since October 2013 Elena von Hoff is a master student at the Georg-August-University in Göttingen, where she also obtained a bachelor's degree in chemistry and mathematics in 2013. Currently she is working on her master thesis concerning a teaching unit 'From Silica to Silicones', introducing basic concepts of material science into high school chemistry class.
