Victoria Laxton is a PhD student in College of Social Science. She obtained her first degree in Psychology and Education studies at De Montfort University and recently completed her Master’s degree in Psychology at Nottingham Trent University, before taking up a PhD at Lincoln University. In addition to completing her education, Victoria has experience as a voluntary teaching assistant in a small inner city Primary school. Her PhD research is focused on differences between urban and rural educational achievement.
