Mehmet Yılmaz was born in Isparta/Turkey in 1985.He received Ph.D degree in Nano science and Nano engineering from Ataturk University,Science Institute, Erzurum, Turkey, in 2012.
From 2009 to 2012, he was a research assistant the department of Physics Education, Ataturk University. His current research interest include fabrication and characterization of thin film lithium ion battery and semiconductor technologies.
