New Perspectives in Science Education

Jan Novotny is the professor of physics at Masaryk University. He is a theoretical physicist and popularizer of science.
Jan Novotny has focused on Theory of Relativity and Cosmology for more than 30 years, and he has written several scientific papers and textbooks. He is invited speaker at a numerous seminars.
He also writes essays and philosophical papers. As a careful reviewer and expert translator of scientific texts to Czech he collaborates with Czech journals of physics and science magazines.
He is a member on various committees promoting science education in Czech Republic.
