Lea Mustonen graduated in from the University of Eastern University of Finland in 1990. Since then, for the last 28 years, she has constantly been working in the field of communication and marketing. From 1999 to 2015 she worked as the head of communications of HAMK. Since 2015 she has been working as a Senior Lecturer of communication skills at HAMK. She is a member of Finnish Association of Science Editors and Journalist.
