Dr. Tetsuya Oishi has been a system engineer at NTT Data Kyushu Corporation since 2004, a doctoral student at the Graduate School of Information Science and Electrical Engineering, Kyushu University since 2006, and a researcher at the Graduate School of Information Science and Electrical Engineering, Kyushu University since 2009. In 2013, he became an assistant professor at the University of Tokyo Institute of Technology, where he has been engaged in research and work related to university evaluation and IR. He has been involved in the Meeting on Japanese Institutional Research (MJIR) since 2013, and has led the MJIR for three years as the lead executive director since 2018. He has been contributing to the promotion of IR activities. He has been contributing to IR dissemination activities as a director of the Japan Association for Institutional Research (JAIR) since 2019, as a councilor of JAIR since 2022, and as an auditor of JAIR since 2024.
