Andrew Petzold is an Assistant Professor at the Center for Learning Innovation of the University of Minnesota Rochester.
He graduated with a PhD in Comparative Molecular Biology in 2010. Since then he has been working as an educator teaching undergraduate Anatomy and Physiology within a Health Science program at UMR.
His current research efforts examine teaching communication of science within an undergraduate health science curriculum. To this end, Andrew has been involved in developing a curricular project that allows for health science students to foster their ability of scientific communication to non-scientific audiences.
