Doctor of Sciences Samuil Gorelik - Head of the Department of Niiapa (Israel), Professor of ITMO University (Russia), author of more than 300 scientific papers and inventions in the field of intelligent information technologies, pattern recognition, computer vision, including 5 monographs (1977, 1980, 1988, 2016, 2019, 2021). He has extensive experience in project management and implementation of innovative scientific achievements in various industries, is a member of several scientific expert communities.
Currently he is the scientific director of project at Soft Master Ltd (Israel), Head of Department «Intelligent Information Technologies» (Niiapa, Israel), Project Leader of the project: "Intelligent bot - teacher's assistant" for general and professionally-oriented educational systems".
