Vladimir Grudinin graduated PhD study at the St. Petersburg University of Telecommunications named after prof. M.A. Bonch-Bruevich in the Department of Radio Reception, Broadcasting and Electromagnetic Compatibility. Vladimir Grudinin
began his career in 1995 as a leading engineer and then deputy director of JSC Scientific and Production Enterprise Digiton.
In the company, he headed the department for the development of hardware and software for information systems for broadcasting and telecommunications. Since 2004, he has held the position of General Director of Digiton LLC. The company's activities are aimed at carrying out research and development work in the field of infocommunication technologies and information security systems, the development and release of high-tech products. In March 2012, he was appointed head of the Department of Telecommunication Systems (TS) of the National Research University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics (ITMO University). Since 2015, the TS Department became part of the Department of Network and Cloud Technologies, and Vladimir Grudinin took the position of deputy head of the department. In 2020, the departments were reorganized into educational programs and one of them was headed by Vladimir Grudinin. Since 2012 take part and was responsible for various R&D projects in ITMO University in IT area. Currently he is responsible for «Continuous education platform» project in Laboratory of Intelligent Services and Applications ITMO (LISA).
