Hana Bartkova has been working as a European Project Consultant and Manager of the PR Department of University of chemistry and technology Prague (UCT) since 2010.
She graduated (MSc) in Chemistry and Chemical technology of Institute of Chemical Technology in 2003 and obtained her PhD degree in Material Science and Catalysis in Prague in 2008.
She has more than 10 years of experience in promoting Chemistry and Science among high school institutions in Czech Republic. She has been instrumental in organizing various PR activities focused on Science for pupils, students and public.
Dr Bartkova has been involved in National and European projects, ESF (My Science, CIAUU, CIAUU Net and other Lifelong learning projects an Structure fund (e.g. POPUCH – Popularization of Chemistry, STEP – Step towards Science and Technology Popularization (step.vscht.cz). She was a member of management team of the EU research project INTEC (FP7-NMP-2012-CSA-6) in 2013-2014.
She is author and co-author of more than 20 research papers published in impacted scientific journals and conference proceedings.
Over the years Hana has gained extensive experience in project management and multinational team coordination.
