Roswitha Avalos Ortiz works part time at the Basic Experimental Physics Training and University Didactics group at the Faculty of Physics at the University of Vienna.
She graduated in Physics from the University of Vienna in 2004. She has worked in several research projects, not only in Austria, but also in the USA. After finishing her studies she continued working in research projects at the Faculty of Physics (University of Vienna). In 2010 she started working actively in the field of physics education, teaching physics at a private high school in Vienna. Two years later she joined the BLUKONE research team.
