Elected Fellow of Royal Society Biology - London - UK and CSci Teach (Excellence in Teaching, Communication and innovative Learning Science, awarded for each year from 2017 - 2024 by Royal Society Biology - British Science Council, she is member of Biologists Order Federation - EU STEM DidaLab, Assessor of Royal Society of Biology-British Science Council. Tenured bioscience professor and STEM bioscience didactics - researcher; she is European Expert in innovative bioscience, digital and Health Education researches and in STEM innovative fields. Member of SEB Education research Group Lancaster University, UK and of the SEB Award Task Force - UK. In 2023 she won in United Kingdom - Lancaster University the International Society for Experimental Biology - Centenary 100 SEB Award (1923-2023). From 2023 she is member in United Kingdom of Scientific RSB Council as assessor to evaluate RSB - Royal Society of Biology - British Science Council in CSciTeach, CSci, RSci, RSciTech awards for international researchers, professors, science teachers, educators, professors.
Tenured Bioscience Professor, Marina BA Minoli was also Professor of “Biology Didactic Innovation Laboratory Course” and Tutor Coordinator in Universitary Training Course for Teaching Bioscience Certificate in Milan University - Bioscience Department. From 2003 to 2018 she was Tutor and Mentor also of new bioscience professors. From 2018 member of International Commission of International Conference NPSE - New Perspectives in Science Education. From 2013 she is member of scientific panel didactics referee EMBL (European Molecular Biology Laboratory) Heidelberg (Germany). For different years she was Didactics Expert Active Science – Agorà Science Turin University and researcher also in Pharmaceutical Industry and in IFOM, International Institute Molecular Oncology - Milan, for Didactic and Communication Bioscience research with International Grant.

She was graduated in Biological Science - Master Degree with Honors and Summa cum Laude in Milan University – experimental work in biochemistry and microbiology, Biochemistry - Bioscience Department Milan University and she was specialized with maximum evaluation in Science Communication - Unimi (Pharmacy Faculty) Milan University and specialized in Science Didactics - Unicatt University Brescia, also in "Innovative Cellular Bioscience Teaching and Learning" in EMBL - European Molecular Biology Laboratory, Heidelberg (Germany), in STEM and IBSE digital didactics in Bruxelles.

She is Bioinformatics Didactic Expert, was expertise in CuSMiBio Centre Milan University. Marina has created and realized as principal investigator Neuroscience, Bioinformatics, Health Education, Biomedicine, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, Botanics and STEM Environmental innovative interdisciplinary didactics projects with different international collaborations. In 2008 she won the First National Scientifi Didactic Prize MIUR – Confindustria for innovative international Molecular Biology didactic project. Marina BA won IRRE Lombardy Institute Competition 2005 – Regional Didactic Research Institute. In 2010 she won professorship Biology and Chemistry – CDPE Helvetic Confederation Directors of Education – Berna. Selected and elected in 2022 Scientix Ambassador Bruxelles, she has participated with her contribution in international meeting on STEM digital education, comparing with actors from global research, 2023 interview to Marina published in Emmeciquadro. In 2012 she won award of Economic Society for innovative Nanoscience didactic project. In 2017 during the International Neuroscience Synapse Meeting she presented a STEM Neuroscience didactics contribution; in 2018 she was also speaker in international Conference SEB, International Society for Experimental Biology Meeting - SEB+ Education section. In 2024 she presented her contribution during the ATEE Spring International Conference, Bergamo University; from 2018 to 2021 she presented different contributions during NanoInnovation Meeting, La Sapienza University; in 2021 her didactic presentation during "Brain Informatics International Conference", Padova University. In 2023 she has been selected to publish her evidence about "Teacher recruitment and training in STEM Education"- presented in British UK Parliament-Department Education, London.

Marina BA Minoli is author of 200 Didactics, STEM Education and Scientific articles, papers with National and International Editors, also for International Scientific American Editor - Le Scienze; she has published a Biology book with Calderini Editor. Curator of “ Neuroscience Book” for High School teachers – Pearson Editor and author of chapters about innovative biology didactics topics in “Cambpell Biology Guide” for High School teachers – Pearson Editor, USA. For different years she wrote reviews of Biomedicine, Chemistry, Biology, Science Nobel Prize books published by Le Scienze – Scientific american and scientific referee of New Secondary Magazine – Studium Editor and of Science in School – EMBL Heidelberg; reviewer of "Science and Education" journal - Springer Editor. She is speaker in international scientific seminaries, conferences and congresses about different modern STEM Bioscience topics, in 2018 also with CNR (National Council for Research) in International Biophysics Week; she was creator, coordinator, mentor, relator in Training Course "Didactics innovation in Biology and Chemistry" storytelling in interview to Marina Minoli, interview published in Emmeciquadro magazine, 10/2017.
