New Perspectives in Science Education

Paula Alves de Quadros Flores has a PhD in Educational Sciences, with a specialization in Educational Technology, from the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro, a master's degree in Management and Planning in Education from the Portucalense University, and a degree in 1st Cycle Teaching of Basic Education. She is an assistant professor at the Polytechnic of Porto, School of Education. She was coordinator of the Scientific Technical Unit for Supervised Pedagogical Practice in Pre-School Education and Teaching in the 1st Cycle of Basic Education. He was responsible for the Curricular Unit Initiation to Pedagogical Practice III (Degree in Basic Education). He was a member of the Course Committee for three professional master's degrees at ESE. Teaches curricular units within the scope of Supervised Educational Practice and Teaching Portuguese, Citizenship and Innovation.
He is a member of InED (Center for Research and Innovation in Education) where he coordinates the IFITIC project (Innovating with ICT in Initial Teacher Training to promote methodological renewal in Pre-School Education and in the 1st and 2nd CEB) and member of the Ethics Committee. As a researcher, she is the author of books, book chapters and scientific articles.
