Dominika Hosova is a third year student in the Pedagogy PhD program, Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra, Slovakia.
She is also currently working in the National Institute of Education at the department
special pedagogy and inclusion.
Her main research interests lie in the field of self-concept and learning performance of gifted pupils. Her research includes development of self-skills, education, pedagogical practice of teaching students and gifted pupils. Dominika holds a Master (2016) in Teacher Training of Pedagogy and Psychology. Her Master´s thesis “Values and Value orientations of lower secondary age pupils”, was dedicated to exploration of values and value orientation in regards to school and family influence.
She is also an active researcher in project known as the APVV-15-0368 Practice in the centre of the subject field didactics, subject field didactics in the centre of preparation for practice.
