Alessandra Zanazzi since 1996 after her Master Degree in Physics (Astrophysics) has dedicated many years to education and science outreach, organizing events, designing and carrying out activities with schools, families and the general public, and training courses for school teachers. She has collaborated with many institutions, including Città della Scienza in Naples (until 2010), the first Italian science center, where she was in charge of the Planetarium, astronomy-related activities and of the management of several EU-funded projects.
She currently works at INAF – Osservatorio Astrofisico di Arcetri, where she is in charge of the Astrotourism project, she collaborates to the educational and outreach activities connected with the science with the Square Kilometer Array.
