Sandra Klatt is a research assistant at the Furtwangen University and deputy project manager of Netzwerk F.I.T. (Frauen.Innovation.Technik).
Sandra graduated in spatial and environmental planning with a diploma in engineering in 2002 from the Technical University of Kaiserslautern, Germany.
Since 2015 Sandra has been working at Furtwangen University, initially in the Innovation and Gender Research Group in an EU-funded project on gender and team performance. She then worked as a research assistant in a research project on lean management, innovation and digitisation.
Since 2020, Sandra is working in her current position as research assistant and deputy project manager at Netzwerk F.I.T.
Her tasks include the project website scientifica.de, the travelling exhibition Women Inventors and the evaluation of the annual Winter School and Summer School targeting female students in STEM. She is also a member of the events organisation team.
