Education for Work and Basic Education in Brazil: Analysis of Innovative Educational Practices in the High School

Abstract
This paper analyzes the curriculum proposal of High School deployed in schools that receive students in full time in Brazil/São Paulo State. The High School is the educational level of basic education in destined to youth. The schools that receive students in full time are a new educational model that contemplates general education and the formation for world. To achieve the aim of this study was developed a qualitative and bibliographic research contemplating theoretical frameworks that discuss the thematic of education for work and the high school curriculum. Through this analysis it can be concluded that this kind of proposal is consolidating as an innovative practice in the educational field, because it allows to students understand the reality that surround them and the context of the labor market. However, the results of this research showed that this kind of educational proposal can be consolidated as an adjustment of people for the capitalist work market needs, dislocating the primary focus of the education, which should be related with the human education in your integrality. The education for work is an important aspect for the youth education, however it’s necessary that the education contemplates others important things to promote an integral formation committed with the society and with the student's needs. In front of this, it was possible to conclude that the educational practices should steer themselves by the aim to offering a comprehensive training, consolidating as an emancipator education. The main goal of education should reside in human development, in its complexity. The education for work is an important aspect to be learned, but not the only or principal. Based on the above considerations, the results of this research are important to improve and to innovate educational practices in Brazil and around the world, considering that the educational proposal must be focused on the human development and in your needs, as an emancipatory education, committed with improving the living conditions of youth and society.
