Abstract
Abstract: This paper in examining the issues that underline the reality of the European pedagogical system shows that in order for the system in the future to provide efficiency (all schools to have equal opportunities, recourses and possibilities) and effectiveness (identity factors to be used in designing educational practices or curriculum structures), there is: a need to work within a susceptible to the future conditions educational framework; to have an appropriate set of tools to be able to do so; and a suitable educational environment to apply them. The solutions in fulfilling these future needs are presented in the form of three changing paradigms. The first suggests that we are in the era of the new Network centred information paradigm. The second is that Cloud computing is the main instrument of the new methodological paradigm. The third is related to a new School, the School on the Cloud, which represents the new pedagogical paradigm.
