The Future of Education

After a master's degree in psychology of work has worked for major multinational consulting firms like Ernst & Young Business School, dealing with training design of master and courses, teaching on human resource management topics, change management, people development and coaching.
In 2006 founded Entropy Knowledge Network Srl, a training and consulting company who works with major Italian companies and with universities and research centers in Italy and abroad. His career goals overlap with the Entropy mission: design and implement learning paths, based on the potential of TEL, able to respond to the changing needs of modern organizations.
