Irena Peteva is a Professor at the State University of Library Studies and Information Technologies, (SULSIT), Sofia, Bulgaria. She is a Rector of the SULSIT. Her research interests are in the field of: Library and Information Management, Information Transparency, eGovernment. She hes over 65 publications in the field of library and information management, public access to information, libraries and eGovernment, etc. Member of many national and international scientific and public organizations.
