The Future of Education

Dr. Terri Peters is the Dean of the Reap College of Education and Human Development at Marywood University in Scranton, PA, USA. Prior to joining Marywood, she worked at Monmouth University where she served as Department Chair of the Department of Educational Leadership and Special Education from 2005 to 2008 and was Associate Dean of the School of Education from 2008 to 2011. Dr. Peters served as the Program Director of Monmouth University’s Provisional Teacher Training (alternate route) program from 2002-2009. Dr. Peters has published articles and book chapters on preservice teachers’ and counselors’ White racial identity, fostering success for at-risk students and students of color, as well as effective delivery of online instruction.
