The Future of Education

Beth Barnett currently serves as Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs at Ramapo College of New Jersey. She received two masters degrees and a doctorate degree from Columbia University in New York City and the MBA degree from Regis University in Colorado. Dr. Barnett taught both undergraduate and graduate students at Manhattan College before entering administration in higher education. She has been active in grant funded programs in literacy, college readiness, and community partnerships to increase quality education and has recently presented on student engagement, assessing adaptation to change, and standards for international education at national and international forums. In her role as an administrator, Dr. Barnett continues to work with faculty to promote student success.
