Lynne is originally from the United Kingdom. Both her parents are English. She moved to France at an early age and was immersed in French culture and language.
She graduated in Social Psychology from the University of Paris X in 1998.
Lynne started her carreer in Human resources and recruitment in France and in Australia for multinational corporations. She specialised in training and recrutement throughout the years.
She changed carrier paths drastically when her first child was born in 2006 to become a trainer.
Lynne has been teaching both English and French as a foreign language for the last 10 years.
She is often invited to hold workshops in front of peers, trainers and HR professionals.
Lynne is now at the head of a group of 70 trainers worldwide.
She designed the educational method used during the lessons and on the online e-learning platform.
