Norbert Pape works across Europe as an artist in the field of dance, performance and choreography. He has an M.A. in Choreography and Performance (Justus Liebig Universität Gießen) and studied contemporary and classical dance at the Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst Frankfurt. Amongst others, he has collaborated with artists such as William Forsythe, Kristina Veit, Mette Ingvartsen, Noé Soulier, Nicole Peisl, Vania Rovisco, and Dieter Heitkamp and regularly presents creations of his own.
Over the course of the past 6 years, he has dedicated a part of his practice to working with teenagers through the programs of the ALTANA Kulturstiftung. His interest in the field of education is the application and transmission of knowledge gained in dance and choreography.
