The Future of Education

Doc. PaedDr. Eva Stranovská, PhD. has been working at the Department of German Studies at the Faculty of Arts, Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra. She focuses on undergraduate teacher training. Her research focuses on the field of psycholinguistics, didactics, methodology, applied psychology and linguistics. She is the author of 11 monographs, 5 university textbooks, 4 textbooks for primary schools, 4 scientific studies in peer-reviewed journals, 23 scientific papers published in international scientific journals (Scopus, WoS) and other publications of a scientific nature. She actively participates in national and international conferences. She is the member of the Slovak Psychological Society, special committees and commissions. She also provides counseling and expertise activities (e.g. for the Ministry of Education SR she assesses foreign language textbooks). She cooperates with Slovak Academy of Sciences (Institute of Experimental Psychology) and with the Research Institute of Child Psychology and Pathosychology. As a recognition of her scientific work she was invited as a visiting lecturer and participant in workshops and scientific seminars by various educational institutions both in Slovakia and abroad. She has participated in several research projects and international education projects.
