María del Prado Camacho Alarcón has worked as an ESL teacher for almost the last twenty years and she works at the Official Languages School in Puertollano (Ciudad Real). Furthermore, she is an associate professor teaching ESL and didactics at the Faculty of Education of the University of Castilla La Mancha in Ciudad Real.
María del Prado has a bachelor degree in English Studies by the University of Castilla La Mancha (2002), she is graduated in Teaching, specialized in foreign languages by the UCLM (2011) and owns a university degree in Primary Education by the University San Antonio de Murcia (UCAM,2012).

María del Prado collaborated in the field of international cooperation at the ORI (UCLM) from 1999 to 2002 and she has worked as a teacher at the Official Languages school since 2006. In 2018, she started working at the Faculty of Education in Ciudad Real as an associated professor.

Maria del Prado has focused her education on neuroeducation and neurodidactics, emotional intelligence, strategies to solve conflicts in class and language learning.

Areas of expertise: school, university and adult education, language acquisition, neurodidactics, emotional intelligence, motivation, creativity and ESL.
