Chiara Palazzetti is the Coordinator of the International Projects Department at FORMA.Azione srl, an accredited VET provider based in Perugia, Umbria (IT) with a specific expertise in international cooperation and project management.
Chiara graduated in Anthropology at the University of Siena in 2009, then moved to London for a Master Degree in Anthropology and International Development completed in 2010 at the LSE – London School of Economics and Political Science.
She is an expert in the planning and management of international projects focusing in particular on the areas of education and inclusion. As project manager, she has coordinated several EU projects mainly under the Erasmus+ and REC – Rights, Equality and Citizenship Programmes. Currently working as project manager on the following themes: gender equality and contrast to discriminations in the labour market, quality of VET and adult education provision, social inclusion & migration, active citizenship and youth participation.
Also, she has an expertise in designing, implementing and evaluating formal and non-formal training opportunities targeting both youngsters and adults.
Through the years, Chiara has developed a strong competence in quality assurance and impact assessment. In particular, she is trained on the European Peer Review Methodology applied to different educational domains, and as Trainer for Peers. She has been directed responsible or involved in the assessment of many EU-funded projects in the areas of her expertise.
Areas of expertise: Transnational cooperation, international project planning and management, assessment and evaluation, school education, adult education, vocational training, social inclusion, gender equality, groups facilitation.
