Mona Chiriac is a PhD student at the Faculty of Geography and Geology, Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iași.
She has an international teaching experience of 20 years and has been involved in teacher training for over 10 years. Currently, she is an education consultant and an International Lead Trainer for Cambridge Assessment International Education leading training sessions with teachers all over the world covering themes related to specific curriculum or to general teaching and learning strategies.
She has a Bachelor degree in Geography and English Language and Literature and graduated the Masters of Leading Teaching and Learning from Faculty of Education, Cambridge University.
Her research interest is in Geographies of Education, with a focus on learners and teachers’ access to education for sustainable development through the geography curriculum.
