Ana Cristina Godinho de Albuquerque is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Human Sciences of the Catholic University in Lisbon.
She graduated in English and Portuguese Language and Literature from the Nova School of Social Sciences and Humanities (1991); holds an MA in Applied Linguistics from the Faculty of Letters of the University of Lisbon (2006) and a PhD in Linguistics from the Catholic University in Lisbon (2017).
She belongs to the Research Centre for Communication and Culture of the Catholic University in Lisbon and her research interests include Applied Linguistics, Register and Genre Theory, Multimodality and English as a Foreign Language teaching and learning.
