Annina Böhm-Fischer is a visiting lecturer in social work theory and practice with a focus on digitalization at the Alice Salomon Hochschule Berlin.
Annina graduated in Psychology with a focus in Work and Organizational Psychology – Institute of Mathematics and Natural Sciences of the Humboldt University in Berlin (Germany) in the Department of Psychology in 2014. Since then, for the last 10 years, she has been working as a psychological consultant in many companies to improve working conditions and pesonal development.
In her dissertation, Annina used empirical-analytical educational research to investigate which teaching-learning environments have an effect on academic success ("low procrastination", "high learning gains", "good grades") in digital learning environments.
Since 2016 she has been working as a lecturer and teaches among others employability, organizational development and statistics.
Annina is an expert empirical evaluation methods and since 2022 member of the board at ZeE; the Center for Empirical Evaluation Methods, an institute that emerged from Humboldt University Berlin.
From mid-2019 to the end of 2022, she was in Project TraM; a federally funded project that developed artificial intelligence to allow refugee minors to screen for their Post Traumatic Stress Disorder in their native language.
