The Future of Education

Stui Hawken is a PhD candidate and casual academic at Deakin University, Australia. He has been a long serving primary and secondary school teacher and is now taking time out to complete his thesis - APPLIED LEARNING AS ALTERNATIVE CURRICULUM:INVESTIGATING A SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL SPORTS BASED PROGRAM.His main area of research interest is the engagement of students in the senior years of high school through applied learning pedagogies.
