The Future of Education

Dr. Ping Xu is Professor of Environmental Design at the University of Colorado Boulder. She practiced as an architect in China for eight years and is also a feng-shui consultant practicing in the United States and China. She holds a Doctor of Design degree from Harvard University Graduate School of Design. Xu's research interests focus on systems thinking and integration of architecture and landscape design, integrative and comparative studies of feng-shui, cultural models in built environments, and prehistoric landscape siting patterns in the US Southwest. Recently her research has emphasized adapting to climate challenges.
