Gabriela Bulgaru, PhD candidate, has an MA in Translation Studies and Terminology at Applied Modern Languages Department of Babeș-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca. She also holds a Diploma in Education and teaches FLE and EFL as a qualified teacher.
Her research interests range from linguistics, translation and translator’s education and training to continuous professional development, pedagogy, didactics and acquisition of French and English as foreign languages. Her current focus is machine translation, quality assessment of machine translation output, and translation competence.
