Innovation in Language Learning

Hanadi Khadawardi is a PhD student in Modern Languages/Applied Linguistics. She started her PhD in 2011. Prior to this, she undertook a Master degree in Applied linguistics at the University of Southampton on the subject of teaching reading strategies for second language learners. Before coming to Southampton, Hanadi taught at Umm_Alqura University and King Abdulaziz University for two years. Hanadi’s interest includes applied linguistics and more specifically, L2 reading strategies and digital literacy. She is currently in the writing up stage of her PhD thesis.
