Designing Learning Experience Topic in Netball Athletic for High School Students inThailand

Abstract

 Netball was a ball sport played by two women teams of seven players. Netball debuted in Thailand in the 2000s but nowadays there were less people could play and understood well due complexity of the international playing rules. The objectives of this study were 1) to design Learning Experience in netball sport and 2) to compare learning achievement between pretest and posttest.  The samples consisted of 20 students in grade 12 from high school in Phetchaburi province Thailand. The data were collected by reviewing literature and using the learning achievement test. Simple statistics including means and standard deviation were used for data analysis. The effective of this instruction was evaluated by satisfaction of the learning specialists. The results showed that the components of Learning Experience in netball sport consisted of content, objective, learning situation, media and evaluation. The netball learning achievement score obtained from the posttest were higher than pretest score and the satisfaction of learning experts on the structures Learning Experience and the process of instruction was high at mean 2.80 from 3.00 and standard deviation (S.D.) was 0.20.
