Yuksel Aliev is a System Administrator and PhD Student at the University of Ruse "Angel Kanchev", Bulgaria. He graduated in “Communication Technologies Engineering” (BS) in 2010 and “Telecommunication Engineering" (MS) in 2011 at the University of Ruse "Angel Kanchev".
Yuksel Aliev is a co-author of monograph “The Role of Innovative Educational Technologies and Didactic Models for Adapting the Educational System to the Digital Generation“, 2017, and a few papers at international conferences in Bulgaria and abroad.
Yuksel Aliev participated in the organization of international and national scientific conferences – CompSysTech, Annual Science Conference of Ruse University, e-Learning’16 (Slovakia). He has been a technical editor of six proceedings of national and international conferences.
