Rose Amnah Abd Rauf is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Mathematics & Science Education, Faculty of Education, University of with a specific expertise in Science Education and STEM Education especially primary.
Rose Amnah graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Science with Education, University of Technology Malaysia (1988), MSC Science Education, University of Warwick (1997) and PhD in Science Eduation from the National University of Malaysia (2004). She has been in the Education field for almost 27 years.

Rose Amnah is experience in the science began as a chemistry teacher in secondary school and moved on as teachers’ training lecturer in teachers’ training college, worked in the state department and in the Malaysian Ministry of Education before moving on to be a lecturer in University of Malaya. For the past span of working in several institution she has taught, manage and carry out a lot of programs and projects in the field of science education . Throughout her career she has be a consulted as experts on higher order thinking skills, school management, STEM Education by the Ministry and other bodies.
Rose Amnah also managed to get research funding from the Ministry of higher education, MARA (Majlis Amanah Rakyat) and is working on a Knowledge Transfer Program funded by the Ministry of Higher Education.
Rose Amnah work include;, the development of a Mentoring Science Research Module, training of trainers for STEM primary teachers, development of a green environment module using qr-code, development of a module on chemistry using webquest.
